Science: Lesson Review 3

*Job Applications due Friday - I explained the whole application to students today in class. They are to pick 5 jobs that they may want and order them by preference (1 being the highest and 5 the lowest). They need to have 2 people (does not matter who) listed as references but letters of recommendation are not required, although they may be helpful in the application process. We used this to talk about the job process in real life and I think students are excited to get classroom jobs started! Jobs will be given on Tuesday when we come back from Labor Day Weekend.

Another note: I tried to message parents on dojo last night but I realized this morning it did not send. My school computer is currently having problems so I have not been able to update grades. Hopefully this will be fixed soon and I can update ASAP.

*Reading logs were explained to students in class today. They will be given as homework to students Monday-Thursday night. Students are to read 3 out of the 4 nights assigned. This means that they have one "cheat" night where they do not have to read and they can choose any night!
